# Plan & Billing

The **Plan & Billing** section is in the sidebar.

## How it works

Your plan is your choice. Cost follows usage: you're billed on the month's **checkouts**.

<Info>
  A month with no checkouts is not charged on any plan.
</Info>

## What counts as a checkout

Every booking that had a **document issued** within the month counts as one checkout — once, in the month it was issued. A booking split across two years, or a group booking, also count as a single checkout.

## The plans

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="Free" icon="seedling">
    €0 — up to 250 checkouts a month, 1 fiscal entity, 1 booking connection, 1 user + accountant, unlimited properties.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Business" icon="building">
    From €29/month — multiple fiscal entities and connections, a team with roles, Cleaning, the Data Access API, phone support.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Agency" icon="briefcase">
    From €59/month — everything in Business, plus owner statements, commission invoicing and white-label.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

On Business and Agency, pricing follows the month's volume in tiers: the more checkouts, the higher the price tier. The current tiers and your own month's estimate are always shown in **Plan & Billing**.

## Changing plan

An upgrade takes effect immediately and is billed from the 1st of the following month — the current month finishes on your previous plan. A downgrade takes effect on the 1st of the following month, and you can cancel it any time before then. Your data stays where it is through any change.

## Each month's breakdown

Every month opens into a breakdown: what was counted, which tier applied, which discounts are active and the final amount — line by line, with the list of checkouts counted.

## Payment

Charges go to your card at each month's close, or come out of your **prepaid balance** if you have one. You add your card in **Plan & Billing**. If a charge doesn't go through, we retry automatically and let you know by email.

<Note>
  Issuing documents and AADE declarations are not affected by your limits or plan.
</Note>

## Unpaid charges

If a charge remains unpaid despite the automatic retries, the account is limited gradually — always with timely email notifications and an in-app notice:

* At first, only new additions are put on hold (a new fiscal entity, a new connection, new users). Everything you already have keeps working normally.
* Later, automatic invoicing, automatic declarations and settings changes are paused — you can keep issuing and declaring manually, and booking sync continues.
* If the balance remains unpaid for a long period, the account is fully frozen — access to your data, data export and payment remain available.

Once the balance is settled — by card or by loading prepaid balance from **Plan & Billing** — everything is restored immediately. Your data always stays in place.

## Prepaid balance

You can prepay any amount you like — it stays as a balance on your account, and your plan's monthly charges come out of it. The balance doesn't expire and carries across plan changes. Details and top-ups: **Plan & Billing**.

## Card expiry

An indicator appears next to your saved card when it's approaching expiry. We also send a reminder email so you can update it in time.
